Online Test Submission Trouble?
You are most likely timing out while writing your essay. Each individual computer is different about this and without seeing your computer I cannot be 100% sure. A troubleshooting problem some students in your position have found is that while writing the essay in the essay box you are being timed out of the program and so then when you are done with the essay and click submit you are actually no longer signed in. My suggestion would be to log on to the test, look at the essay prompt, log out of the test program, write the essay in Word or some other program, then when you are ready, go back in and take the test and just copy in your essay. That way you won't be timed out. You will know it has been successfully submitted to me when it says "Teacher Action Required" not "In Progress".
